The following rules show what can you do to Toonup Points . You must follow these rules in order to not be banned from Toonup Points. Though, advanced members cannot be warned.

We'll start describing Toonup Points. Toonup Points is an Xtreme site for Toontown Players to chat! Toontown is an interactive multiplayer online game that keeps getting bigger and bigger! But this ain't happiness, because the robot cogs have taken over Toontown, and it's up to you to save Toontown! Launch some flower pots, soak them with some Seltzer Bottles, and let the Cream Pie fly!

But that was just about Toontown, and now I'm getting back to Toonup Points. This forum isn't just about exploring, it's about chatting! Chat in the forums to enjoy your life here at Toonup Points. No one takes the Xtreme spot! Don't even think about breaking the guidelines, because the admins, moderators, and validators are scanning the site to see if everything's ok! Main Forum Rules

EXPLORE: If you're new, see the different pages of the forum! This will make you more improved by all the work me, Avalanche, and all the other admins do while their stay at Toontown Xtreme. Site Feedback is where you post your comments, ideas, and other things about the forum, home page, or whatever page you see. Didn't like the forum? Well, we don't care. Post your comments in that forum!

MESSAGE YOUR FRIENDS: We have a new Personal Messaging program that lets you contact some of your friends who joined Toonup Points! PMing (Short for personal messaging) will be seen by the Validators, who will check the messages sent. They will report anything that is bad that was sent to members to us and we'll give you a warning. So please watch what you message to your fellow members!

CHECK OUT THE CALENDAR: The calendar shows when does events happen. There's also something at the bottom called Today's Birthdays and Forthcoming Calendar Events within the next 5 days. Only advanced members get to post an event, and if you put up a calendar event on the forums..well..you get the point...do ya?

MEMBER LIST: The member lists shows the members who have registered to Toontown Xtreme. Each member is in a different group: Admin, Banned, Member, Moderator, Super Moderator and Validating. (Guest not included) Be sure not to go in disguise.

SEARCH: The Search is where you search for things hidden in the internet, or the forum. Things are about to get hidden! But if you search for something bad and you post it, we'll know you're disobeying the rules. That gives you a you-know-what.

HELP: Need more information? Try using the Help section of Toontown Xtreme. It can ALWAYS "help" you. We won't be able to add things there, so I don't think it will help much. Be sure to not post one of the Help sections in the forum, we'll delete it and give you the "thing" that will make your life miserable.

Posting Rules

The rules below will show what can you post and what you cannot post. If you disobey the rules, you will get a warning. 2 more and you're banned for the 1st time.

TOPICS, POSTS, AND POLLS: Topics, posts, and polls will be placed into the forums. As admins and moderators, we scan the forum. If we saw something illegal to the forum, we will delete it if someone reports the person who didn't follow the guidelines. Descriptions, titles, and poll questions and answers can be scanned to, so don't think we'll be scanning one forum a day. Thanks to Invisionfree, the forum marker will be dark if a new post has been posted in a forum. No person gets to do a welcome to Toontown Xtreme topic, (well, just me) but when someone introduces themselves, post a Welcome To Toontown Xtreme post! Also, Toonup Points is a G-Rated site, so if anything's not G-Rated, we'll delete it. This also means no violence, no alcohol, and no other illegal substances.

SPAMMING: We certantly do not allow spamming. Spamming is a emotion, a word, or a letter that goes in a line using that same word, emotion, or letter. Words and Letters can't be said in more than 3 times, but for emotions, it can't be said in more than 4 times. As a matter of fact, if anyone sees spamming, please report to a moderator, or an admin and we'll fix things in the forums.

CURSE WORDS: Curse words are very bad. We won't let it out through the whole forum. That's why we have filters, which change those words into another. If a member tries to say a bad word, we will delete the post. (Sorry, people who curse, this means you) Sorry, but we're trying to clean the place. So this means NO CURSING TO PEOPLE!

TOPIC CHANGES: Things always go like this. Sometimes, if we see a post that's like a message to the members, sometimes we can Pin it. Then this will belong to the Important Topics sections of the forum. Sometimes, if things get rowdy, we will close or delete the topic. This usually happens in the Bugs & Glitches forum. Devs complain about posting a glitch and tell you to edit the post. Then someone reports the topic to us and we'll close it down for good. So Pinning is good, and closing is good. If we don't want someone replying to a pinned topic, we'll close that pinned topic but will still be pinned. So that's the way Topic Changes go.

DOUBLE POSTING: Only one post go from time to time. So far, we have decided to stop double-posting. Double posting means posting more than one time in times. This will make people bored of reading all your posts. We will delete one of the posts so that people won't have to see it. The thing is, double posting can cause some people to think Toonup Points is a horrible place! We don't want that happening. That's why double posting is not allowed in Toonup Points. If you have a long story, you can post more than one just to finish up your story.

ADVERTISING: Do not advertise! This means no posting Come To Toontown Xtreme topic in every Toontown Forum, (You could in some forums!) moderate another forum, and other things that advertise. Therefore, we will delete that advertisement. and you will be given a warning. Also, no dating services, classified ads, and others.

AVATARS: Avatars are the pictures that go under your username. No harmful substances on avatars. Like it says, the avatar size is 150x150. Anything that is bigger than that will be sized down to 150x150. Sorry, avatars cannot be bigger than ever. Avatars like this won't be counted for warnings.

SIGNATURES: The total size for a signature is 500x300. This includes words, pictures, and others. Being over this size will give you a message about sizing down your signature in your signature. If this happens to you, please change it. If this stays on for 3 days, we'll remove your signature. This doesn't count toward warnings.

OFF-TOPIC: Administrators and Moderators are scanning the forum to check if the members are following the rules. Every member needs to be On-Topic to make people understand what are you talking about. If a forum is located in the wrong spot, we will move the forum to the correct spot of the forum. For example, posting a topic that says "I Beated The VP!" in Cog HQ's Subforum Cashbot HQ will be moved to Sellbot HQ. This is for your own safety. This also includes posts. No quoting posts that doesn't make any sense.

PERSONAL INFO: Letting out everyone about yourself in the real world is forbidden here in Toontown Xtreme. This also means no ages, photos, full names, cities, school names, friends’ names/information, passwords, account information, or any information that could get them to locate you or steal your properties as if they're you. This also includes private PMs. So no sharing Personal Information.

FLAMING POSTS: Sometimes, especially when it's not on the rules, people yell at other people's posts saying to edit that posts. This is called Trolling/Flaming. Flame Wars will begin between if the person should edit it or not. Usually happens at the Glitches forum. No Flaming is allowed in the forum. This can cause members to leave Toonup Points.

Admin/Mod Rules

These following rules will be covered by the members. Members, check to see if they're doing this, then REPORT.

EDITING POSTS: Editing is the most important for you to keep the site clean in Toontown Xtreme. Constantly, one of our admins before has been editing posts in a bad way. He did a very long line. PEdit things by correcting the mistake and tell the mistake with no decoration, no straight lines, nothing. Oh and you get to choose your snazzy new Warning color text (WOOT) Just select form the Color text from the droplist and end it with [/COLOR] That should help.... would it?

GIVE OUT WARNINGS: If a person disobeys the rules, they get a warning. Mostly, some people has been causing trouble around forums. That's why we have the warning system. Click the increase or decrease button and tell how many warnings they will get. You will send a PM and a warning purpose. If you send and put something bad, things will go the same.

ADMIN CP: Only for admins. You have an admin CP. Be sure you must PM me before doing something. If not, you will get banned for an hour.

OBEY THE RULES ALSO: Only for moderators. Even though the members have to follow rules, you have to follow rules also. We only let admins not get warned. Sorry, super moderators, this means you. If you disobey one rule warnings will have to take care of it.
