In moderation, just like most other things, masturbation is good for you. It's different for everyone, it very much hinges on your body's natural levels and balance, but excessive is typically multiple times a day, at least two or three times or more, for years. However, it could be more or less for you, though it is found that men who only masturbate a few times a week perform better during sex.
