So my friend has demanded another rematch this Saturday. He has witnessed the strengths of the wood elves, speed, shooting and magic (to a degree) now to throw all that out the window for a surprise.
I plan on using:
Highborn, annoyance, eternal kindred, light armour, great weapon, rhymes harp.
Noble BSB, armour of silvered steel, dragon bane gem.
Spell singer, lementation of despairs, deep wood sphere
37 eternal guard, full command, razor banner.
3 tree kin, elder
Tree man
Plan of attack is to hold back in a corner of the board the eternals in the free wood flanked by the tree kin and tree man that should stop any flanking. Now after my last shenanigans with the moonstone I can imagine him splitting his force to cover any other wood on the table. What ever unit does make it into contact with the eternals will be held fast with the stubborn and rerolls. The will then be shredded by eternals spears and the deep wood sphere. The treekin and treeman will flank or take on anything else. The weak link here is the treekin I feel as they are not stubborn but should still pull their weight played right.
What do you all think?
