Title: Did some painting
WinterGuardian - May 26, 2009 04:45 AM (GMT)
Believe it or not, after two years of not even touching a Warhammer model or book, i got some of my wood elves out and actually painted up a unit last night. It was really random but i guess i just had the itch to paint something.
The painting is pretty bad as I am rusty but i'll post some pics anyway, ill throw the first ones up tomorrow.

Excellent, can't wait to see them  I got that itch too and painted Ecthelion finally (gonna post in the VAC when I have a camera) but after seeing how aweful he looked that itch was considered scratched and am not bothering again now for abit :p

Stop teasing us!!! lol.
I made him yeah but its hardly a massive conversion lol. Its just the GW noble but with a double ended spear rather shoddily done instead (lol)

Looks like a pretty decent unit Winter Guardian.

They look good, well done. I like the red with the green. Seems that unless your doing an autumn army red isn't used any more. Those poses on the dramatic guys are wicked too.
