It is an interesting list. I like the wardancer lord, you can get almost the same results out of a wardancer noble for way less points (you could even take two). The noble with the moonstone is interesting, I'm assuming he goes with the eternal guard. In my opinion it would be better if you put the lord in with the eternal guard and then make the noble a wardancer.
You are lacking a big punch, but you have lots of manouverability. If you play it right, you will win, but if you make a mistake it will cost you big (in my opinion that should be exactly how wood elves should be).
Let us know how the game goes!

Probably too late now so sorry if it is but I would suggest if possible adding a unit of wild riders. 5 with a standard and war banner are in every list I make now. even in a frontal charge they do the right stuff. I charged mine into a 30 strong unit of zombies and wiped them in 1 turn. Was beautiful. Granted zombies aren't hard but it made me happy.
I'm with Hillbilly on the characters too. Highborn Eternals and noble for Wardancers. Or if your dead set on the highborn Wardancer go for an annoyance instead of the murder. that guy will easily be able to mush a character and even just against a regular champion would at the least win you the combat with overkill points :p
Then you can drop the annoyance from the branchwraith and the shrikes from the spellsingers coz that will free up some points and make your characters less juicy targets.

Well, promised game failed to materialise. Twice. Hopefully will be playing in a couple of weeks but not realy holding my breath. Think I may use this period to re-arm and... buy some new stuff. Wild riders do seem tempting!
Peace, out.

I seem to have missed this thread earlier.
The current list is not bad- it's a bit different too, which I like (there are combos which are far too common now...)
Wild riders are very good, but what will they replace in the army? Giving them a warbanner and flank charging an enemy is a popular tactic, and should work well against almost anything.

Well as I'm not sure if I'll be facing dwarfs or Ogre Kingdoms they could well be interchangable with the Waywatchers.
Don't get me wrong, Waywatchers are 'teh bomb' and have thus far been an important part of my army but as they can't get killing blows against the ogres their usefulness would be limited. Plus an upgraded unit of 5 wild riders come in at 166 points so a switchover would be fairly painless.
This rather depends on my being able to get into a games wrokshop before I play, so we'll see...
