goblins do fear elves

but an elf that has already fear?
can it be possible that it will do terror against goblins?!

like phoenix guard or wildrider ?

in some magic it says fear will stack on fear into terror like the " twilight host "spell

It only stacks when it specifically says so, i.e. in those spells. The two causes of fear don't combine to create terror - it just stays as fear.

Does the goblin rule still have the clause that they don't fear elves if they outnumber them 2 to 1? If so, then at least the pheonix guard's fear rule will ignore that occurance. A goblin unit of any size will fear pheonix guards - even if the unit only has a few models left.

The same goes for wild riders.

well I think there is a rule for goblins if they outnumber elves 2 to 1 they dont fear them
