Well... there are siberian rein deer that are big enough to ride so I guess it's not too far off :p

Mostly it's kind of a rebirth of the old Glade Riders though, no? I quite liked them actually...

So you are suggesting the final model is 22pts?

This would be the only unit in the WE book with access to shields, which seems a little odd (I don't see why characters have them). Maybe you could replace the shields with the 'thick skinned' rule to fit with this fluff (mount counts as barded).

I gave him a shield instead of thick skinned so the stag can still move 8 inch.

Nice thought. Only what is the total cost per normal trooper? 22 points seem a bit low. also the cost for command are even way lower than a normal gladerider stat. Although they don't count as fast cav.

Maybe you should look into it.
