yep. Cant seem to find those three.... the 7 needed to be validated because of COPPA, though i dont know what happened to the last three.
edit- were now only missing two members.

Perhaps a guest posted or something? Or if three accounts were deleted, it would cause the inconsistency. Because Member #399 wouldn't drop 3 places, but the number of registered members would.

That is true, but I was under the impression that no accounts had been deleted; apparently, temporary suspension has been the worst punishment so far.

no accounts have been deleted.. perhaps people had to register twice for somereason?
i remember that on the herdstone the first 13 members had to register twice because like the server crashed or something, so there are actually 13 more members than the counter shows.

(lol) Then that would mean that registering multiple times would not be a factor, as we have three more members than what the counter shows.
