I wish to leave the Waywatchers due to a fall out with Altithir
May I please join the Scouts?

You need to first PM Altithir the waywatcher kindred leader and ask him first. Then PM Foxtale or Highborn Sycath to move you to the scout kindred, so long as the scout kindred leader agrees to accept you.
Also shouldn't this be in the introductions forum?

We would be glad to have you, Scarloc, I'm sure Jan'hazar feels the same. I'm not sure if this should be in the introductions thread, I'd suggest in the kindred thread, but then we couldn't read it (lol) so maybe here is best for now.
