Here's a pretty famous 100 dollar hamburger airport. The airport rests on a 300 foot tall mesa, so the sight picture on landing is that of an aircraft carrier. My CFII and I took a 172 up there last week, it's a great little airport, though is a popular destination, so announcing your position on CTAF is of the utmost importance. Past about 10 am though, density altitude becomes a big factor for the little piston planes, so you have to plan you fuel / pax accordingly. The restaurant on the field is a short 50 yard walk from the GA ramp. It offers indoor and outdoor dining which allows you to watch all the planes coming and going. The last time we were there for breakfast, we watched a the normal pack of Cessnas and Beechcrafts, but were also treated to a CJ2 and a 4 Air Force Pavehawk's stopping for fuel... This airport is a must see.

A Centurian and 2 182's correct?
edit: I stand corrected by LB, upon closer examination the yellow plane (nearest) is most likely a 172. -------------------- Trevor Stene
