Ok, does anyone have any idea how i can find the one?

same way u find them in g/s. theyre roaming around somewhere in kanto, on different routes. depending on what starter u picked, ull find a different dog. charmander -> suicune, squirtle -> raikou, bulbasaur -> entei.

i might've known that already but i want to know if you have any idea how to FIND them on those random routes?

well, luck. one thing u CAN do (granted this is still luck), get a pokemon at level 49 or close to that, just not 50 and over. and just go to random routes and use repels. eventually ur bound to find it. the dog starts at level 50 in the wild, so thats y u want a level 49, to prevent other wild pokemon from showing up, so that the dog will be the only thing u see, if its on the route.

will it work if i trade a legendary dog over to my game, trade it back to the previous one (colosseum, in this case) and then use the pokedex to find them?

*nods* as long as ur able to trade to other versions, which means u would have completed the sevii islands quest with the ruby and the sapphire. but yeah once u trade them, theyll be registered in ur dex and u can find them.
