Function: Confusion
1: Target must roll d6 when attacking with normal attacks first time during a round; 1, target attacks self; 2, target attacks ally; 3-4, roll randomly; 5, attacks opponent but not the one intended if there are options; 6, the intended opponent
Any nonapplicable result is treated as 5.
2: Applies to 2 first attacks
3: 3 attacks

Changes to stagger
Instead of random direction, roll d6; 1-4, move to the direction; 5 do nothing; 6 move as intended
