Sarah, Eric kripke asked me to look into your concern about the second half of our seasons DVD being released without the extra features in your region. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We talked to Warner Brothers Home Video and they confirmed that extra features will be included only on a bonus disc in the full season box set. Unfortunately, the features were not completed in time to include them on the 2nd half release. They will, however, provide bonus discs to consumers who purchased both half-seasons upon request [via telephone, email, letter, etc.] Please contact Warner home Video, and they should be able to get you the complimentary bonus disc. If you have any problems, feel free to contact me. Thank you for your letter and for watching the show. I'm on my PDA right now, so I can't look up the address for WB home Video easily, but it's easy enough to get using your search engine.

Oh, forgot to tell you, they also sent me one of those daft bands that's so in fashion now, it has WB Supernatural on it, is white, and glows in the dark. I mean really glows in the dark, it was glowing in my slightly shady living room! Don't know how old they thought i was
