 Monsters that weren't once human

One of the things that I love about supernatural is that often the evil that makse monster starts with a human. Ghost, Vampires, Demons, werewolves, and others were all human once, which suggests that any human can become a monster.
Hell, in Benders and The Family Remains the monsters turned out to be human. However, I realized that there are monsters that wern't human to start with (at least as for as we know) such as the striga, pagen gods, and the siren. I was wondering if anybody could think of any other monsters that wern't human at some point.

I think the Strigha was some kind of witch, so that may have been human at some point. Only other one I could think of was original demons (like yellow eyes, lucifer, etc) Lillith wouldn't count since she was the first human who was made into a demon by Lucifer.
