Out of all the Seasons of Supernatural we've ever seen..which ending was the best ones, well basically, the intense ones: 1x22, 2x22, 3x16, 4x22
i think 3x16 and 4x22 were the most intensive ones!!
waddya think?

I think for me my favorite is No Rest For the Wicked. I don't think anything can top the harrowing screams of Dean calling for his brother as he is chained in the pit, and Sam's tears as he holds the body of his bloody and broken brother who has checked out. There is no doubt in my mind that season three's cliffie is my favorite... ore the most evil, because we didn't know how they were going to bring Dean back out.

AHBL pt2 all the way. Scriptwise, s4 was meant to be bigger (I won't complain since I wouldn't have done it better, I still got years to get to that). It was noticeable, I love Eric, man... he's the Kripkman, but IDK whether it was me still grieving that didn't let me appreciate it, or if it really was that way. I LOVED the finale, yet not my fave. Awesome in what happened and the storyline, but if we're taking them as single pieces. I keep S2 And BHunter, I LOVE your banner! Nothing better than the real thing, uh? Thx for sharing your views

For me it has to be 3x16, it just broke me, for a LONG time. And everytime I watch it it rebreaks me. There's just o much pain and heart break and Dean in hell.....shudders...yeah for me that one will always be the most harrowing one to watch.

I never actually seen the finale to season one lol just got the basic gist of it and it seems so long ago I dunno if I should go back and watch it or not!
But I liked season 3 finale best because I really thought they wouldn't kill off the character Dean! I'd be like, there's only fifteen/ten/five/two minutes left! When are they going to save it and make it happy? *credits roll*....oh my.
This season finale was fantastic though! I was holding out for a melodramatic brotherly moment though XD lol

1x22 and 3x16 are my picks 1z22 was the one that got me hooked to the series, i was completely unspoiled and at that point i cared for the characters a lot so when they got into the accident and ended it i was screaming nooooooooooooo noo and i went into withdrawal after that and found these forums LOL 3x16 .. i've only watched that episode once .. and that's when it aired on TV ,, i can't bring myself to watch it again because that ending was so horrifying and i don't want to see dean die again i guess i'm a little too attached to Dean's character . he's just too awesome. When i saw the finale, i was crying for a good two minutes or so, tears would not stop coming out of my eyes LOL .. my brother was staring at me like i'm crazy .. it was pretty pathetic i think i'm going to watch it again, or try to watch season 3 finale again just to see how ruby developed .. lol we'll see

Blimey, hard choice to make. S1 finale was spectacular and I often wish Kripke could recreate another epic finale like that - so suspenseful, and it was an encredibly well written ep - spesh with the YED-Dean confrontation - it was crazy good!... I loved, loved, loved the S2 finale - but ONLY for the end of 2x21 and beginning of 2x22. What an absolute stellar performance - I honestly hardly watch the rest of 2x22 because it just fades into insignificance after Jensens acting in the first few scenes. I was impressed by 3x22 - loved that they had the cajones to send Dean to hell. It was well shot and kudos to Jared for his tearfull goodbye. I enjoyed 4x22, but it's not the best out of the rest - so I'd say it would have to be... 1x22 then 2x22 a close second.

I can't remember much of 1x22... Just that I unfortunately knew the cliffhanger before I watched the episode [I wasn't into downloading back then], so it wasn't much of an "OMG!" thing for me. Plus I wasn't terribly invested in the YED storyline then, either. However, now I will never be able to listen to CCR's "Bad Moon Rising" without thinking of that crash... and the funny 'scary' moment in the gag reel. I found 2x22 more interesting, and I especially loved the visual of the last Colt bullet shooting out of the gun and killing the YED! The scene where Bobby yells at Dean for selling his soul is standout to me, too. I also loved the bookend closing of the Impala trunk right at the end. It almost felt like a series finale, but I was so happy the show was coming back for more. Season 3 finale was creepy and scary and, despite knowing that the show would be back for a 4th season, I was still very unsure how Dean's deal would pan out. I also hadn't liked Katie Cassidy as Ruby for most of the season, but boy did she pull out all stops in that last episode. Plus she was fantastic as Lilith. The only thing I didn't care for was Dean screaming out Sam's name at the end. I know a lot of other fans were crying then, but I cracked up. Sowwy. And then we have the Season 4 finale... As awesome as it was, it unfortunately seemed a bit of a let-down compared to the previous two episodes. I'm just glad that the two things I wished most (Ruby carking it, and Bobby not) actually happened. I do wonder what has become of Zachariah, and whether Chuck is still around, and what will happen to Castiel for his 'disobedience'. And, I'm very glad that the boys are back to being brothers and ready to fight the big bad together. But, overall, I'm feeling a bit "eh" about it. *shrugs* So, uh, yeah... Season 2 finale was best, followed by S3.
