Hmm, so Norrath's brother is picking up where he left off is he? Making poor Sam watch as he devours his hapless...um..meals? Sounds like there is a case after all, if they don't brush Sam's vision off as lack of food and sleep.

Holy cow Lorrie! Already with the bodily fluids spilled everywhere? Um, icky! Sam is not dealing well, he needs to talk to Dean, but we all know how that works with those stubborn Winchesters.

So, we've got Sam outa' the tub, and now there's a bed? Hmmmmmm...we'd better get the guy dried off before he catches a cold or something. I don't have a nurses uniform so I guess I'll just have to play doctor! And, it doesn't take all that long to find the soap, but when you keep dropping it (not on purpose!) because it's all slippery...well, sometimes you may find something else.
