Just a quick warning, but I've had to make the decision not to put pics in the stories anymore. I have a lot of work on with the main site and my writing, and the pics were the easiest to stop doing lol! Sorry!

The real reason the pics aren't there is because we felt Naked / Wet / Angsty / Bloody / Shirtless (did I mention Naked already?) Winchesters were just far too distracting for our poor readers to be able to concentrate on the words.........

And I have to say, ladies, that is probably one of the creepiest opening scenes we've ever had...

wow...great job on the opening chapter kitts and tree! it was awesomely gory and creepy...just the way i like it. definitely has me intrigued!

sorry to hear the pics are gone i really liked what they added to the story, but i do understand that it must be a hell of a lot of work to put stuff this good together...and you only have so much time in the day.

again, great start...i can't wait for tomorrow!

Great start guys! Yup, the gore has definitley be cranked up a couple of notches! The ear tacked to the wall reminded me of Stephen King's "The Dark Side" where some poor sap's tongue gets nailed to a wall!

This new demon is interesting...maybe a certain subset of demons have evolved to be exorcism resistant...like antibiotic resistant viruses...hmmm, there's a happy thought!

But this was a great start you guys. Top notch with the gore, too. and also, a demon that cannot be exorcised? Damn, how are Sam and Dean gonna solve that?

Thanks everyone for the kudos- but unfortunately- I cannot take any credit for the gore content in this first part. My co- gets all the praise for that Wes Cravenesque start ... and yes- I too stood back in awe when I read it.. then of course I realized that I needed to sharpen my own bloody pen to keep up with her... way to go Dawn!

And Iris- I dont know- after all the angst I wrote last season ( and er... seem to be writing this season thus far) maybe when you and I co the mids we'll have to find a surrogate gore writer ( I might have lost my touch)- hahahahaha!
