Best Recurring: Cas, hands down!!! Closely followed by Bobby, Henrickson, Gordon, Ellen, Andy, Zach and Uriel(don't bite me). And John, of course!!!
Worst Recurring: Both Rubys, Bella(even though if they would have changed her storyline even just a little bit, she would have been awesome). Anna isn't in my good books either.
Best One off: Sarah, Layla, Randall, Adam... So many...
Worst One off: Laurie, without a doubt.

Best recurring: Castiel, even though I hate the angel thing, he's the sh*t. Especially this season. And Bobby of course, he is also the sh*t, but in a different way. Meg (Nick Aycox {sp?}) too.
Worst recurring: Brunette Ruby!!! She is so NOT the bitch Katie Cassidy was as Ruby, which was what I liked.
Best off: Sarah from Provenance.
Worst off: Hmm, well I didnt like Rebecca, Zach's sister/Sam's friend, in Skin for some reason.

Favourite characters, apart from our two boys, have gotta be Bobby (every series should have Jim Beaver in the cast, it should be a law, or something), Castiel and John Winchester.
My least favourite has to be Bella. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed seeing her on screen and her final scene really chilled me to the bone, but the writers made her way too unsympathetic and antagonistic to even fall into the "love to hate" category.
