Seeing Sam's dream of being attacked from 1st person perspective was truly haunting. Although parts of it had me a bit confused at first. Something about all the shadowy figures, and the perspective gave it a sense of mystery. All of those scenes in the dinner were very vivid, and frightening. Such a shame for Dean not to recognize Sam's obvious distress, and believe him about being hurt in the dream. Something about that glint of moonlight, seems to foreshadow Sam's immediate peril. Only one chapter, and already you've got me hooked.

The spirit is attacking SAm only when he's sleeping but they can go like this without sleep much more longer. What's going to happen next, can't wait to know.

Oceane - hope you like the ending, and that the wait wasn't too long. Lindi - from a reader's point of view, I hate tension between the boys, but as a writer it's sooooo much fun. But all will be resolved! Sort've... PhantomCauses - hope the dreams are less confusing in hindsight - they were never meant to be 100% crystal right from the start, but they should make a little more sense as the story goes on. Lily-Kat - thank you! There's no greater joy for me than hearing I've managed to pin someone to the screen, so you really made my day! Hmm. Turning into Halle Berry here. (yeah, i wish...) Loved the detailed descriptions of everything in the episode - the boys' feelings, fears as well as all the things they were doing/seeing. The tension kept me glued to the screen. This is definitely one of my favorite episodes - dealing with killer dreams and spirits/curses from long ago. Great job. Again, thanks to all the writers for bringing back the VS. I've really been enjoying the episodes and am looking forward to seeing where they will take us.
