Welcome to Apocalypse Now, the Supernatural Themed Wolf Game where you will determine the outcome.

Here are the rules:

We'll be using the Standard Rules except as noted below. Please make sure you read and understand them before you begin playing.

Please remember:

To Vote: You must bold your votes so that the game mod can easily see them. If you don't, it will not be counted. Votes must also be on a separate line, such as:

If you want to change a vote, do it like this:

***Please use the person's screen name (or an obvious abbreviation of it) so that it's clear who you are voting for.

I am the game mod and will post important information in light blue text, so that it is easy to pick out. Players, please do not use light blue text in this thread (if you have light blue text in your signature, that's fine).

You may contact me via PM at any point in the game and I will respond as soon as possible. If you post something in the thread directly meant for me, please post it in orange text, so that it, too, is easy to pick out.





General Rules:

In the case of a tie vote during the day phase, the kill will be determined by game mod via random selection among all who have been voted for (not just those that are tied).

All players' roles will be revealed when they are eliminated from the game. Conversions however, are not revealed after night actions.

The Wrath of Chuck will be employed randomly during the game by the game mod. Anyone who has not voted during the day phase may be ‘struck by the hand of God’ and will be unable to vote and/or use their special ability for the next day or night phase. Whether or not Chuck will strike will be determined by a random toss of a coin at the end of each day phase. If a player has been struck, they will be immune from another strike due to them being unable to vote.

Human win conditions: All Demons/Angels are eliminated

Demon/Angel win conditions: Demon/Angels and humans are in equal numbers.

Independent win conditions: Survive to the end of the game. Can be a dual win. Humans don't have to eliminate Independent role in order to win. Demon/Angels don't have to eliminate Independent role to win.

Roles:

(All roles were assigned randomly.)

Pro-town (5)
Humans - No special powers
- Vote to lynch demons/angels during day phases
- Original alignment: pro-town
- If converted: Human becomes demon


Pro Power Roles (4):
-Sam and Dean know who each other are at the beginning of the game and may PM each other during the day phase.
-Wins when all demons/angels have been killed.

Sam Winchester: (Cannot be Converted) May try to find a demon during each night phase. If he finds Lucifer, the dark angel is caged along with Sam and both are removed from play. If caged, Sam can no longer PM Dean. If he finds a normal demon, the demon dies. He cannot kill Zachariah or Gabriel but he can kill Ruby or Crowley as they are demons.

If Sam and Dean both try to kill a demon other than Lucifer on the same night phase, the mod will randomly pick the demon who will die. Only one demon may die at the hand of Sam and Dean during each night phase. However, it is possible for Sam to cage Lucifer and for Dean to kill another demon/angel during the night phase.

Dean Winchester: (Can only be Converted by Zachariah) Has the angel sword and can use it to kill any anti’s except for Lucifer. He may only use the sword a total of 4 times in the game. Afterwards, he reverts to a human role but may still PM Sam as long as he is not caged. If he tries to kill Lucifer, the dark angel will kill him. If he finds Zachariah first, the angel dies. However, if Zachariah finds Dean, then he is converted to anti and must use his remaining kills to help the anti’s win. He can no longer PM Sam if he is converted.

Also, when Dean is anti, he cannot call in a kill at the same time as another anti. There can only be one kill. If Dean and another anti call in a kill, the game mod will randomly choose the person to kill from the two turned in.

Bobby Singer: (Cannot be Converted) Information Broker who can contact the game mod each night to get the affiliation of one player. He will only be told if the person is anti or pro and that alignment may change each phase based on any conversions.

Castiel: (Cannot be Converted) May PM any member during the day and also has the ability to protect one player either during the day or night phase. He may not protect the same person in the next phase, however he may protect himself once during the game.


Independent Power Role (1):
(Cannot be converted)
Wins if he survives to the end of the game

Gabriel: Trickster who may convert any member during the night phase. If the person is human they become demon. If the person is Demon/Angel, they become Human. The trickster will be told if the conversion was to pro or anti but no roles will be revealed. If he tries to convert Lucifer, he dies.



Anti Power Roles (4):
Will know who each other are at the beginning of the game. It is up to the angels/demons if they wish to share their actual role with the other Anti-Earth Players.
Can PM only during the night phase
Wins when number of humans = demon/angels after the night phase.

Zachariah: (Cannot be converted) Must try to find Dean. If he does, then Dean is converted to anti and must use any remaining sword tries to kill the Human’s. If he finds Gabriel he is not converted and Zach dies.

Lucifer: (Cannot be converted) The only one who can call in a kill during the night phase. If he tries to kill Sam, both he and Sam are caged and out of play for the rest of the game.

Crowley: Can protect one anti player twice during the game (excluding himself) from being killed/converted. If converted by Gabriel, he becomes pro and may then grant the ‘wish’ of the town by selecting another anti-town player to join him by notifying the game mod on the night he is converted. He cannot bring Lucifer with him and will become a regular human once he becomes pro.

Ruby: Can convert a player 3 times during the game. She can be converted by Gabriel and will then become pro. She will however lose her ability to convert and become a regular pro-town player. If Lucifer is killed, the limit on her conversion ability is lifted and she may convert or kill during any night phase.

Note: If Lucifer and Ruby are killed/converted, then the ability to kill will pass to a random demon/angel but the conversion ability will not be passed on. One demon/angel will always have the ability to kill. There can only be a kill or conversion each night phase, with the exception of Zachariah who may convert Dean at the same time as another conversion/kill is called in. If Ruby and Lucifer call in a kill and conversion, the game mod will chose an action at random.

The winds howled outside the home of Bobby Singer as inside the only resistance against the plans of Heaven and Hell to bring forth the Apocalypse took refuge. Sam and Dean Winchester, the chosen who defied their destiny of being the vessels for Lucifer and Michael were joined by Bobby Singer, their surrogate father and fellow hunter and by Castiel, the angel who dared to stand against his brothers and sisters for what he felt his father really wanted.

Dean Winchester took a sip of the tumbler filled with whiskey before he looked up at the others sitting around Bobby’s desk. The old hunter slammed yet another book closed; a look of disgust on his face.

“I’m telling you, there’s nothin’ in the lore to tell us how to trap Lucifer long enough for you to use the damn rings.” Bobby huffed as he picked up his own glass.

Sam looked calmly at those around him. “What if I said yes? I could try to hold him and then you could open the door and shove me in…”

“No way Sammy!” Dean stood and began to pace. “Don’t you understand? You’d end up in the cage with him.”

Castiel looked thoughtful for a moment. “You’d have to ingest a great deal more blood than you have just to contain him Sam. It would change you…”

Dean turned round. “Look, we are not staking my brother out like a sacrificial lamb. There has to be another way…”

Miles away, in his small suburban home, Chuck sat back and picked up his own tumbler of malt whiskey. He gazed at the computer screen in front of him while he sipped at the bitter brew. “Not a bad start—I wonder how it will end?”

lol. we were talking more in this thread before the game actually started then when it did start. Now we're all quiet. Sundays should be more active or Mondays. I guess everyone responded. Let me check to make sure everyone's playing who had originally signed up.

I'm here just a bit busy with work and it being the 2 week countdown to my vacation and all lol. But I should have more time to post on Monday and Tuesday.

Angel, the way I understand it, the Wrath of Chuck is only for people who don't vote.

then I guess I better vote. I suggest everyone vote as well because because the wrath of chuck sounds like it could be very dangerous for the pros and antis. I could be reading all wrong though but if certain powers are suspended during the night, it would be easier to tell which player is who.

The wrath of Chuck will only fall on those who do not vote. If struck the player cannot vote and/or use their powers for one full cycle (day phase/night phase)
