Wonderful double episode! Finally we know how Sam passed during the months without Dean
I like the drunk Sam, not the initial scene (but, why he is drunk, anyway?) but when he tells Dean about the months he was in hell; well, I'm a Dean fan but I have to say that Sam is beautiful in the drunk version, with the red signs around his eyes.
I suspected that there was something between Ruby and Sam, more than a "professional" relationship...
Interesting to see the brothers "cure" themselves, Sam that stiches up his own wound and then fixes Dean's shoulder (he also cheats him, saying "at 3" and instead he does it at "1")
