A teaser as in a video teaser? Or as in Iris saying, "Well, this happens in the premiere..."? I can help you with the latter, but I'd have to talk to CalUK or SupernaturalSam about the former!!
If this helps (and it's off the top of my head, so hopefully I'll come up with something better eventually!):
The premiere's called Refraction and picks up, as Dawn said, where The Art of Dying (season 3 finale) left off. The boys and John are still trapped in Stull church, which is overrun with demons and still morphing from one shape into another, and our heroes are cut off from each other and surrounded by the enemy.
It looks like curtains for the Winchesters... Until something other than the church starts to morph too.
With Dean, Sam and John separated, the guys have to find their way back to each other before they can find their way home...
Hope that works! I can't really tell you much as because it would kinda ruin it! :fire

And iris HAS indeed found a teaser and a little blurb for you all. The artwork is also ready for the premiere. I'm hoping to have the artwork and teasers in for all four of the first epiosodes before I post it all on the main site, though.
I think that means ya'll will have to wait a couple more weeks, (I'm away a few days after this week, sorry!) but then you'll be getting spoilered for ALL four of the first episodes, artwork and all! :)
And let me tell you, for some of these eppys, the artwork is spoilery in its self. ;) Just look at iris' banner closely for instance....
