I have a few animations made already and I want to add more images to them. But I can't never seem to do it right. Can you tell me step by step how to add more images to my Animations?

What program do you use?
I edited one of mine (deleting the white backgroud layer) opening the gif file itself in Gimp. (I use that.) It may be different with other programs.

Great. I use Gimp 2.6.
I think if you open the gif, it should open the file with all the layers. But you can save the file beforehand in xcf. I always do that. But with gif, you should have all the layers saved and opened when you open the file. Then you simply open the new images you want to add as new layers and add them to your liking. Then you save the file and there you go. Hope this helps.

What specifically goes wrong when you try to add new layers to your animation?

It doesn't look right when I open them up. But I think I got the problem figured out by now and did my latest animation. I now know how to add more images.
Gimp just gets a little frustating at times. But I keep working at it.
