The brothers hunted many things, Trickster got away both times. Trickster and in the episode Heart they never really found or killed the guy who bit that girl.

No they never killed the Trickster.

As for Heart, they did find the guy who bit Madison and Dean killed him. He was the neighbor who was into church.

i thought that Dean & Sam killed the trickster in season 2 but it was decoy right? so is that the last time they showed the trickster in season 3 when he let Dean lived when Sam asked him to bring him back?? i have a feeling the trickster might not come back since if does show up again Dean & Sam might not kill since he fooled Dean & Sam twice
