what if Sam was trying to commit suicide and Dean walked in on him… at the hospital Dean blames himself for what he had said to him “If I didn’t know you I would want to hunt you” he’d seen the look on Sam’s face after he had to incinerate Jack… sure he apologized to Sam for being hard on him but that doesn’t take away the harsh words that was said

I’ve read that many people have became vegetarians after seeing the Metamorphosis clip (of Jack eating raw meat)

what if Sam became a vegetarian (meat makes him puke) after what he saw… he never told Dean he had became vegan knowing Dean would make fun of him

what if they were twins (fraternal of course) and for some reason John never told them… he told Dean right before he died (In My Time Of Dying John whispers a secret to Dean which obviously shocks him) Dean slips up and tells him after he reveals that he might have to kill him

I remember watching that scene in It's The Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester where Dean is in the impala eating candy and there were pile of empty wrappers on the front seat next to him and I recall laughing and saying “Dean, you pig”

what if that wasn’t the first time that he ate all the candy in fact he had done it almost every year… at some point Sam calls him a pig

Sam and dean go to a diner to eat and talk about the case Dean mashes his food up until it is unrecognizable (he likes it that way) and starts chowing down like he hasn’t ate in days… Dean slowly starts to gain weight (mostly in the belly) and to decrease in height… Dean also snorts sometimes

Sam know that there’s something wrong with his brother and tries to find out what… at some point Dean grows a curly tail and has to wear a hat to cover his ears sticking up from his hair

Dean is slowly turning into a pig ‘cuz of what Sam said (be careful what you say and more importantly where you say it)

what if Sam and Dean was both under a spell and was fighting each other… Dean has overpowered Sam and is about to stab him but then Sam uses him telekinesis on him (the crippling headache from using his telekinesis should wake him up from the spell)… when Dean wakes up from the spell Dean is freaked out by Sam's powers and leaves without a word… Sam makes it back to the hotel somehow (Dean took the car) to find that Dean has pack his bags and left… not knowing that Dean only needed time to cool off Sam went into a deep depression… he tries to comment suicide… Ruby finds him half dead and takes him to the hospital… Dean comes back to the hotel to apologize for leaving only to find Ruby there

Dean goes to the hospital to find Sam asleep (bandages on his arm)… Dean stays there with him

someone else could find Sam if you want... I just said Ruby found Sam 'cuz I couldn't think of anyone else

what if Sam got turned into an 18-inch doll by a little girl who wanted a new “friend” ‘cuz her twin brother killed her other friend ‘cuz he though the doll was evil (he had seen Child’s Play… not for kids)

the a little girl’s friend pesters her the her doll looks like a girl (Sam as a doll has no muscles) and insist that ‘Samantha’ take off the brown hoodie and wear hear doll dresses

Sam is trying to escape but is proven difficult with knees that don’t bend… can Dean find his brother before the doll killer gets him or the little girl gives him a haircut


I said little girl and little girl’s friend 'cuz I thought you might want to name them (I can name them if you want... also if you want me to name the twin brother I can) but I want the twin siblings to be redhead

what if Sam had made a wish in Wishful Thinking (not to have Lilith's head on a plate, bloody but the get rid of the demon blood)

instead of the blood disappearing the wish causes Sam to vomit… unable to separate the demon blood from his own the wish would eventually kill him

meanwhile Dean is sick in the bathroom (sandwich) when Sam enters their hotel (looking pale) Dean says “Wishes turn bad, Sam. The wishes turn very bad” Sam replies “I know”

he made the wish while Dean wasn’t in earshot (a little bit after Dean wished for the sandwich)

I was on imdb.com that Jared loves chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream but he's lactose intolerant... when I see Sam eat I never see him eat dairy products or drink any milk... I'd like to see a fanfic when he somehow eats or drinks a dairy product (maybe he lost a bet with Dean or something... if that's the case it might be gross like icecream and musterd) he gets sick... later on he finds out that he is lactose intolerant

I came up with this idea ‘cuz I’m feeling a bit silly and I also can’t stop thinking of the Magic School Bus (used to watch that show) and the episode where the Magic School Bus shrunk and went inside a human body

what if Sam played a prank on Dean and Dean is trying to find a why to get back at him when he finds a magic microwave that shrinks things

for some reason he things it’s a good idea to shrink a bowling ball and have him eat it (swallow without chewing)

Dean decides to go somewhere after leaving the hotel when pain erupts in his belly as the watermelon he ate earlier rapidly grows back to it’s full size (the magic microwave only shrinks objects for an hour) causing him to pull over at the side of the road

Dean goes to a bar instead (when he’s able to move… he waited an hour) but he breaks a wooden chair (he’s still too heavy but at least not so full it hurts)

when Dean is able to zip his jacket (it’s night and he still has a slight bulge) he goes back to the hotel and tells Sam a witch must have cast a spell on them

they go to Bobby’s and he asks Dean to find the magic microwave (Dean told bobby everything while Sam was sleep) so he can find out how it works so he can make a shrinking device (it takes almost a week) to shrink Dean so he can go inside Sam’s body and shrink the bowling ball and get it outta Sam

a week later Bobby calls Dean an idjit again for eating a non seedless watermelon and then drinking water (Dean’s bulge is back) so Sam has to go inside Dean’s body and get the seeds and growing watermelons out

keep in mind that bowling balls and watermelons are heavy… bowling balls are heavier then watermelons even thought watermelons are bigger so Sam carrying around that bowling ball in his stomach wares him out therefore he sleeps alot

what if Sam and Dean went to some kind of town where all the women were pregnant (near-term pregnancy)… Sam and Dean think this strange but not really their kind of unusual until they see one of the women drinking blood (they all are carrying demon babies)

Ruby shows up (not pregnant… demons can’t get pregnant) unknown to her she’s carrying a virus (she got it from one of the pregnant women) that only Sam can get… he gets it and now like the women he has a thirst for blood (he’s not pregnant… he just has a thirst for blood)

a demon wants to finish what Azazel started… if he can get Sam to drink more demon blood then he’ll truly become evil

Sam’s will to do good is strong but if he drinks enough demon blood evil might overpower him

Sam drinks demon blood but someone catches and stops him from drinking enough for evil to take over (his eyes glow yellow from time to time)… Sam constantly asks to have a little demon blood to stop the crippling headaches (headaches are the result of him trying to keep the evil that’s consuming him at bay)

Sam uses his mind control to pin Dean against the wall and leaves to kill a demon and drink its blood

Ruby finds Dean and tells him that she might have found a way to turn Sam good again but Dean doesn’t believe her and still blames her for infecting him and for him turning darkside

even if he turns good again all that demon blood he drank makes him more demon then human but still human

what if Sam remembers that night Mary died and has nightmares about it… he screams out to her but doesn’t exactly know who she is

Sam tells Dean about his dreams and how he keeps seeing a ‘lady’ (Sam is 5 by the way) burning on the ceiling (I don’t know if 5 year olds say “ceiling”) and a baby crying… Dean tells him about mom

Dean gets mad at Sam over something (it has to be big like Sam took something apart… of course he puts it back together) and yells at him… in Sam’s 5 year old mind he thinks Dean is calling him a freak and runs away (he’s smarter then 5 year old should be)

John would go on hunts but he they stayed in that town hoping Sam would come home but eventually he gave up and they moved but Dean never gave up… as Dean was packing to leave he finds Sam’s birthday gift to him (his amulet)

when Dean goes to a new high school he sees a kid being bullied and helps him… the kid tells him he gets bullied everyday and that he’s used to it by now… the kid is in Dean classes and the teacher pair them up as lab partners

the kid is Sam at age 12

what if Sam and Dean went undercover as fraternal twins at a twin convention on a cruise ship to hunt something… Sam and Dean are told that all the rooms are booked so they each have to share rooms with a set of identical twin who don’t want to share a room with each other… Sam gets seasick

even though Sam and aren’t in the same room together they aren’t far from each other

what if when Sam got choked in Home it brought back asthma (he hasn’t had an attack since he was a kid)… it’s a good thing Dean kept his inhaler just in case but bad news is he left it in the hotel, all the phones (cell phones too) are dead and Sam is running out of time

what if Sam has more demon blood in him then he thought as he found a new allergy when he dunked a demon’s head in holy water and his hands started to burn and smoke (Dean was in Hell at the time)

he had meant it when he told Dean he wouldn’t use his powers anymore but he was sad ‘cuz he liked using his powers… he felt good about using his powers for good… his powers would also remind him that he was human ‘cuz every time he use them his nose would bleed and he would get headaches

ever since Sam had promised he had been sneaking out every night and Dean thought he had gone back on his word until he finds a bookmarked bible under his pillow

Sam never goes into the church… only stands outside, afraid to go in… he feels unwelcomed… Dean won’t find out about the holy water until Sam tries to kill himself by drinking a whole bottle of it

I got this idea while reading one of adder574’s stories called Camp Sunshine… it’s really good… Dean has Diabetes in it

what if instead of Dean being the one with an illness Sam has one (really bad asthma maybe?) … that’s why he always has that bracelet on (its magic given buy Jessica who didn’t know it was magic)… that doesn’t mean Dean doesn’t have anything (I consider an illness something that can send you to the hospital)… Dean was diagnosed with A.D.H.D when he was a child and to this day Sam doesn’t know but has suspicions but Dean denies it

if Sam does have really bad asthma sometimes (more often then not) he needs an oxygen tank to help him breathe

what if Sam never made it to college… after the fight with John he hitched a ride but instead of taking him to the bus station the hitcher kidnapped him and locked him in a cage in his basement

Dean went to the college to try to find Sam so they can find their father but no one has ever heard of him… Dean somehow finds him scared and hurt

After Azezel died Sam became the new Yellow Eyed Demon but he refuses to be evil

he can posses people and do anything a demon can do but since he has a body exorcisms won’t work unless he wasn’t in his own body but then he’ll just be bounced back to his own body

Dean finds out about Sam when he gets kidnapped by a demon working for Lilith and Sam smokes outta his body and into another to save himself… Dean finds the posses person and tortures him demanding to know where Sam is… he tries to tell him he’s Sam… Dean exercises him… the person then tells Dean that the possessed him was telling the truth and that was Sam and after the smoke went down his throat Sam apologized

while on a hunt Sam and Dean are transported to an alternate reality where their alternate selves personalities are swapped… alt Dean is the smart one who went to college and alt Sam is sarcastic one who obsesses over the Impala, food, and porn

what if Sam was born with CIPA (the inability to feel pain, hot, or cold) but he had never been diagnosed with it ‘cuz he has been so good a faking pain (years of practice)

no one adopted them ‘cuz no one wanted a mute 4 year old who is plagued with nightmares and no one in the orphanage had the heart to split the two young siblings up… Bobby finds out about them and decides he wants to adopted them knowing if a demon came after their parents the demon might come back for them but before he can Sam and Dean were shipped off to a foster home for troubled youth

Sam also has vision problems due to him looking directly at the fire trucks flashing light the night of the fire but no one knows it but even if they do there is no glasses for 6 month olds… is there

what if Sam had a twin sister but she was put up for adoption ‘cuz Mary wanted to at least protect one of her kids from the Yellow-Eyed demon who would come 6 months later

the Yellow-Eyed demon killed Mary when he found out she gave birth to twins and tried to trick him… he then went to find the other baby

Sam and Dean go to investigate a death in which a man died the same way Jessica died… they go to talk with the man’s girlfriend, Samantha who buries herself in her work

one day while Dean was at Pastor Jim’s house Sam got hurt on a hunt causing him to become brain damaged… John stopped hunting after that and just wants to focus on taking care of his boys

Dean wants to learn how to hunt since Sam can’t anymore but John refuses… Dean calls Bobby behind John’s back to teach him how to hunt and somewhere down the line he teaches Sam how to hunt again

everyone except the people who really knows them underestimates them ‘cuz of their disabilities but they are good hunters

I want this to be as episodic as possible like for example in What Is and What Should Never Be Dean is still attacked by the djinn… In the fake world Mary alive which means Sam never had his accident and he was able to go to Stanford… at the end of the episode Sam and Dean have a talk about the fake world but it’s completely up to you as a writer if you want to add this part ‘cuz Sam would often get sad ‘cuz he remembers how he used to be before the accident

what if Sam lost an eye in a hunt when he was a teen… after years of being blind in one eye (he had a glass eye for years) they finally found a perfect… well almost perfect… the eye is brown and his are hazel but unknown to him having heterochromia eyes are the least of his problems as strange things keep happening around him (turns out the eye belonged to a very powerful witch)
