:clap I enjoyed LDC, loved the Oprah line every time I saw it in the previews I laughed :lol2 Glad Sam saved the little boy from being run down. A bit sad because Dean had just that hint of hope for awhile :cry How come Sam was able to kill the demon without exorcising it and sending it back to hell? A good solid episode. :clap

Silvertayl, I don't think the baddie was a demon, I can't remember what Sam called it now. Actually it reminded me a bit of the witch-thing out of 'Something Wicked', in the way it ate people's souls.

I did enjoy it, but was annoyed by it running 15 minutes late (grrr Rove) and all the ads. Dean seemed very touchy (as in short-tempered) with Sam, fair enough I guess, given his situation, and thinking John was calling him!

Was it significant that Sam was using a rental car?? That's the first time I remember him doing that, altho' I realise that they needed to split up and get info, but still. Also I liked the reference to the porn site by Dean that was the same as in 'Tall Tales' .

:wave

I'm sure that the running late was more becuase of Big Brother than Rove. I'm about ready to murder the creator of that show.

I liked the episode overall, there were some really good lines, it felt much more old school Supernatural than anything we've had in a while. Or maybe that was just me that felt that way.

quick (and probably dumb) question; is there an episode next week? There's was no preview, but I'm sure channel 10 wouldn't put it on for 2 episodes then take it off again.

Then again... this is channel 10 we're talking about...

 My mistake. The Cro-thingy was not a demon, but a soul stealer? Looking at it again, Sam did say he knew how to kill it :clap Way to go Sammy!!! :cheer Yes there is an episode on this Sunday at 9.40 :woohoo but it will be more like 9.58 as it was last night!!! :rant

I still need to watch the episode in full before I can make up my mind.

And the baddie was called a crocata.

And there is an episode fortunately, but I have a bad feeling that Channel TEN isn't going to be promoting it <_<

It's not BB (for a change) it is Rove.

I liked this episode as it was a good one for Dean and showed how much he really misses John and wants a away out of his deal.
Not a fave of mine, but I did still like it.
I thought the hire car was interesting too, but them thought maybe it was because he had to pretened he was with the phone company

I was so peeved that there was no promo for next week
