Wow...
First of all, I wasn't planning on reading this only because I have never watched a full episode of House before. The episodes that I had seen were only bits and pieces but enough to kind of get an idea of how House is, along with what I've heard/read about his character. And I figured if I read it, I wouldn't understand any of it because I've never seen a full episode. But...somehow, you have that effect on me - whether I've seen/heard of a show or not, I'm compelled to read your stories anyway, lol. ;)
Secondly, after reading this, all I can say is:
Jeez, Michaela! What are you trying to do to me? Get me addicted to a show I have (or at least had til i read this stupid story of yours :P ) no care for whatsoever?! Seriously, after reading something like that, whether a person like me has kept up with the show or not, just makes me want to watch the show.
Though, as I said, I've never seen a full episode enough to really determine whether the way you wrote on House and the rest of the crew was in true character or not, I doubt that it isn't. From all your your SN stories as well as Dark Angel, as I've said before, you've always managed to get the characters down to a T.
And as much as I enjoyed reading this due to the effect it had on thoroughly and completely keeping my attention the whole time rather than skimming through it every now and then like I would occassionally, admittedly even with some of you SN stories, I also have to say how much I regret reading this because now, I have to watch at least one full episode of House just so I can really see inside his head, given what you've written here, and figure out who the heck this Wilson guy is considering I only know a few faces from that show. I just hope that I don't get addicted to it because being addicted to certain shows seems to be my main weakness lately, hehe.
And of course, though unfamiliar to the show, I still must add a favorite part:

Wilson managed to co-ordinate his limbs long enough to crawl out of the car, with House’s help.
“Would it kill you to give a straight answer now and again?” he said as House got his arm around him to help him into the hospital.
“Would it kill you not to ask stupid questions now and again?” retorted House, staggering a little as they began their weird shuffle once more to make it into the ER.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, some of those smart comments totally reminded me of Dean and Sam, as the one mentioned above. (Of course it would...somehow, at the end of the day, my last thought is on them lol.) Also, for some reason, I was picturing that that Cuddy doctor was like Missouri, lol. I have no idea why.

Thanks for reading it even though you are not a House fan, although I would recommend giving it a go. I was never that interested but then I watched a few episodes and really enjoyed the stuff between House & Wilson, and it grew from there..
