:o OMG . . . Bloody awesome epi!! Sooo many bits to love, the start was amaging and it kept up right to the end. Very intense though, and by the time I got to the promo for next week I was glad it seemed a lot more light-hearted. Don't know how much more of this full on stuff I can take!!

It was great to see Sammy kick some butt and be the hero :cheer

I really liked Eva, she was quirky and smart and I liked the way her and Sam interacted. Her in the doctor's office with Sam climbing around out the window was hilarous!! :D

Loved Dean pummeling Gordon and being the protective big brother. Loved Jensen's acting out Dean's utter frustration at feeling so helpless when he realised Sam was alive and would have to fight Gordon. Every Big Brother muscle was bursting to kill that you know what!!!

This is getting better and better! Keep it coming Kripke! :woohoo

Yep, that really was such a great episode, I've now been awake half the night just thinking about all that happened.

Have to say though, I love the character of Gordon. As bad characters go, he's pretty good - when he's around it keeps Dean and Sam on their toes. He's a challenge for them - keeps it interesting!

Excellent point nellybelly. We hate Gordon coz he's after our boys, but he makes an excellent point with the whole Hitler thing. His cause is acually a righteous one, trying to save the world and all, it's just that everything is so black and white for Gordon (pardon the pun).

I found myself wondering if Dean would do the same thing in Gordon's position, if it wasn't his brother who was the potential threat to humanity, but then I remembered that last week he didn't shoot Duane Tanner when he thought he might have had the demon virus. I think that Dean has greater morals than Gordon, and that's what makes him the hero!!

AAAAH!! Loved this episode! When Sam blew up at the start and there was Sam splatter on the screen, very effective. I really like Gordan, I agree that as a bad guy he is really good. He is not this one dimensional character, he is driven to do what he does from a good place but twists it and distorts it to fit what he needs to do. I really loved the script writing in this episode although I really wanted to slap Sam to wake him up. He is getting more and more self absorbed and it really shat me to see the way that he treated Dean. Needs to get his head out of his arse and see there is more to the world than just Sam Winchester and his needs. I would have expected Ellen to give him a bollocking on that one!

i love gordon too! Like nellybelly said, he keeps the boys on their toes. and why? because he's trained like them. The only reason they won this time is because sam is smarter. it's good to see a villain that thinks the same way the boys think, because it makes it harder for them to win. and makes it more interesting! :P

Mina, I was thinking the same thing about Jo tipping off Gordon. When Sam told them about him, the bar was deserted so it kinda makes sense. She may not have told him directly, but maybe she told someone else and word got out.

I have a feeling we will find out. I hope it wasn't jo though, coz I want to see Dean kick their butts, and I don't think he would do that to little blondie!

OMG BEST EPPY EVER!!

IT WAS SUPER SUPER AWESOME!!!!! Splatter and sammy feet and "It's Sam!!" and "I'm awesome" and omg "FUNKY TOWN" priceless and TWO BOMBS and dean tied up and Sam shot at and Ava visions and "pop rocks and coke" lol yumm hehe suicide attempt!?!?! lmao

Who ever the snitch is, it has made it so much more intersting for the boys. They now have the demon after them, the cops AND the feds and now they have hunters after them!! These guys are in some serious trouble and when a pissed off Gordon eventually finds them it is gonna make for one hell of a showdown!!

Don't get me wrong, I love Sammy, but I just thought it was a nice detail with the Sammy splatter on the camera.

I thought the reason they beat Gordon this time wasn't because Sammy was smarter it was because he is a lucky bastard who thinks quite differently to Gordon. He was lucky that another psychic warned him about the trip wire or he would have gone kaboom! The ending with the police arresting Gordon came totally out of left field, it would have been a world away from what GOrdon himself would have done it that situation and what he thought Sam would do. I think this time he kinda underestimated Sam, a mistake he won't make next time they meet.

My fave part was when Sam untied Dean and the first thing he did was check out Sammy's pretty face to make sure he was ok!! Then he was going to give that SOB a good belting for hurting his baby bro! How sweet, in a Winchester kinda way.

I really like tonights ep. Bringing Gordon back, was really good script writing. Sammy taking off, made the ep really interesting. One of the best eps of the season. I'll write more later, but i have to go to sleep.

and it was SO FREAKIN CLOSE! to a damn hug.

i swear...kripkes dangling it in front of us, and as we get closer...SO close...he yanks it away! gah! i want a HUG!

I bet the big cliffhanger at the end of the season would be Dean leaning forward to Sam for a hig and it cuts just before they do. lol.

Thoughts , THOUGHTS ...hmmmm, after watching two guys give an achingly poignant performance I can't even breathe normally :lol: Gawd , Dean is so tightly wound up - the "hit" that Sam took was a shocker. It shows that if Dean is pushed to the wall he will be dangerous- this "violent streak" is necessary in keeping both of them alive. Sam's forgiving nature is played out in a one liner-"Dean, where are you going?" right after the smack :( The ending leaves no doubts about the brotherly dynamics- Sam's answer to Dean asking him to give a punch- "I'll take a raincheck" :) .

I think you have Bloodlust confused with Hunted. Your talking about the episode with the Vamps right? Loved that episode, poor Dean slowly going insane!!

Hey that was my favourite part too. rewind, play, rewind ,play, rewind, play. My heart fell through the floor how sweet was that scene. I also liked when Dean pummelled Gordan "You do that to my brother i'll kill you!". All we need now besides a hug, is the "I love you bro" words.

I really liked Ava, she was a really sweet character, But i don't like dean being tied up in a chair, and his face when the granades went off, i thought he was actually gonna kill gordon, i liked how they got rid of him though.... i wonder who told him about sam though, and what happened to ava, hmmmm, just have to wait and see.

I love Hunted...definitely one of my favorites. Song choice was brilliant as well.

hmff :rant i couln't watch it cus my dad had an 'important' programme to watch on bbc4 and we only hav one freeview box in the house. So i have to wait and watch it on thurs. I would watch it on itv+1 but no, his programme is still on :( Im soo getting a freeview box of my own soon lol.

Poor dean I really felt for him when he was telling sam the secret and for that minute when he thought sam was dead.

At least sam gave gordon what he deserved a heavy prison sentence and getting the better of him in the fight. HAHA :cheer :cheer :cheer :cheer

On first viewing I was bothered by Ava's voice...but later viewings it just fit.

Oooh and I loved how (it might just be me) after Sam came into the house thingy that had blown up and "taken care" of gordon and untied Dean...Dean seemed to look him over and sees his injuries and then went off to hurt Gordon.....protectiv Dean is just cool!!!!!!!

I really liked Ava, nice, quirky and bit odd !

It's a great episode that 'Hunted', nice to see the mad man that is Gordon back on the screens.

Wonder if Sam deciding to let Gordon live will be a pitful later on in the season !
