Since I bought a Supernatural Season 2 pass, I just got a notice from itunes that "Hunted" was available for download. But there was no mention of "Croatoan." On the Supernatural Season 2 page on itunes, neither episode is listed. I downloaded "Hunted" (through the link provided in the email) and sent a message to itunes asking about "Croatoan." Also asking why "Hunted" is not showing up on the Season 2 page.

I'll let you guys know when they reply. Don't know if any of you already posted or asked itunes about this.

Update -- "Hunted" is now showing up on the list of Season 2 episodes on itunes. But it's showing up as the 9 ep of the season. Still no "Croatoan."

Hunted is now listed as episode 10, but episode 9 (Croatoan) is still missing.

Got a reply from itunes that they are looking into the reason why "Croatoan" isn't available. I'll let you know when they get back to me.

FYI-- Playthings is available for download as of today.

I've sent a few emails to the CW asking about Croatoan over the past several weeks, but haven't gotten any answer. I just tried through my local affiliate, hoping they can get more attention fromt he network than I got. If I learn anything, I'll post.

Got a reply from itunes. It's clear that they didn't actually read my email. They uploaded the last two episodes to my que and tried to have me download "Hunted" and "Playthings" AGAIN. I wrote them back and said, no, I was asking about what happened to "Croatoan". Hopefully they will READ this second email. I'll let you know.

Just got this reply minutes ago, which seems like a standard cut and paste reply :comp if an ep is missing for any show:

If there are any of you out there waiting for "Croatoan" on itunes, let them know. Maybe if more of us complain, they'd be more apt to find out where that episode is.

I am so glad that I am not the only one who has been looking for it. I also noticed that it is not on the CW website either. They have Hunted, Plaything and Night Shifter along with Bloodlust. When someone hears will you please keep the rest of us updated? Thanks!

Have they still not put up Nightshifter, or Croatoan up there yet? They have been doing good with Hunted and Playthings.. So what the frick is the hold up?

Yep, neither of those eps have been posted to itunes yet. I suspect Night Shifter will be available before Thursday, but Croatoan, who knows? Hopefully those of us who bought the Season Pass will keep complaining, I paid money for all those eps, darn it!

I want Croatoan. :angry: I have it on VHS, but it's not the same. I have a hookup for my laptop that can project the images onto the big screen TV we have. The image is much better than my VHS tape.

Both Nightshifter and Croatoan are available at itunes. They added them last night!

Anyone who has the Season Pass should email iTunes about this. I don't have it or else I would and I don't know how to get in contact with them.

This is unacceptable! We wait 8 weeks for an episode AND IT'S NOT EVEN COMPLETE!!!

Wonder if it's something about the content of the last scene that prevented them having it for sale? Perhaps Dean's mention of "banging Lindsay Lohan"? Maybe that didn't go down too well.

That's what I was thinking, but it is easily edited out. I emailed them to three different addys, one should get me a return. After all, I managed to push enough buttons to get a free download after it took 4 emails to get a real answer about Croatoan not being there in the first place. If there is an answer to be had, rest assured, I'm getting it.

I'm getting my money back since "croatoan" is missing the final scene. I emailed them about it and they said it takes up to 5 business days. So i emailed them and said that i paid for it but the final scene is missing and i feel gyped since the episode is not entirely downloaded. the guy who replied to me said: thanks for the notice and that he would give me my money back until the episode is fully downloaded. i hope they get it soon. anywho and he also said that for those who want their money back it takes 5 business days to do so.

So does that mean that they will eventually get the full episode? Do we have to let them know that we want the full version or will the automatically notify people with the Season Pass?

No explanation as to why the whole episode isn't available?

I doubt Lindsey is intelligent enough to watch Supernatural lol but in any case it could explain why it took so long to get the episode to us. And Lindsey's people would be assholes about it.

i would contact them to get the entire episode i just let them know about that they are missing the final scene with sam & dean. but yeah i would contact them if i had seasonal pass. i dont get it because i already got most of the episodes so all i need is "croatoan" i'm waiting for the transaction to go through so that i get my money back. hopefully if we continue to bug them they will get "croatoan".

Has anyone heard whether itunes is going to release the complete Croatoan episode or if only the "edited" version is going to be available? I purchased the season pass and what the entire thing darn it!!

Also, has anyone noticed any scenes missing from other episodes? I might as well complain about everything at the same time if there are more.

Croatoan is the only episode on iTunes that appears to be missing anything. I have notified them, and got a live human being response (as opposed to a canned email) that they are investigating my complaint and will get back to me. They've resolved other issues pretty well, so I am expecting that they will attend to this as well.

I suspect that the problems with Croatoan started just because it was the first episode that should have been routinely posted - after all, they put up the first eight episodes in a block. I'm betting the CW ran into problems on its first attempted conversion, and one thing led to another ...

At least the episodes are turning up faster now; I think they're settling into a routine.

I'll post when I have a firm answer from iTunes.
