Hey Guys,
The race is about a 1/3 of the way through at Talladega. As I am watching the race I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on ... Can anyone catch Jimmie Johnson for the points championship this year? |

Nope, to be honest, I think it's all over. This was the big chance for an equalizer given Talladega's unpredictability. Right now, Jimmie has 4 championships.

I believe with Johnson finishing 38th today the Chase got a lot more interesting.
Martin is one of my all time favorite drivers and definitely a sentimental favorite. GO MARTIN (even though it is not in a Ford)! |

I guess the answer was no ... I was really hoping Martin could get him but Johnson is so good in the Chase.
Well, I hope next year someone get beat Johnson ... and good luck to Mark ... I would love to see him get a championship before the end of his career. |
