We don't need it. All it would do is add an unnecessary step to the act of closing a topic. It's closed, it'll get out of the way on its own, the forum has infinite space for topics. And I think you mentioned closing old topics as well, also unnecessary. If you don't post in it, it won't come back up.

Almost a reasonable argument, but there's another solution. On the top bar of the site, there should be a "My Controls" button. Click that, then in the menu on the left, under Options, click "Board Settings". The last one says "Number of topics to show for each forum page". You can change the number there. If it's still slow after that, then your computer is just old, and has nothing to do with the extra topics.

If you have a picture that would make a awesome avatar please let me know. It can be from a solo flash project or piece of artwork. So far my favorites are the Legend20X's Knuckles, lol. --------------------
