I know this might seem like a stupid suggestion but bear with me: It's late at night and all the students have gone to bed, only a few teachers remain awake (maybe having a few drinks or something smile.gif ) they sense something wrong and see that outside there are loads of vampires approaching the Manor.

I'm kind of going for a massive post type thing where everyone has a chance to get involved (Slayer or not) and has to defend the school against attack.

No-one must die though, maybe get seriously injured or something. Please someone tell me if it's a stupid idea or not. unsure.gif

Boy, when you're dead, they really fix you up. I hope to hell when I do die somebody has sense enough to just dump me in the river or something. Anything except sticking me in a goddam cemetery. People coming and putting a bunch of flowers on your stomach on Sunday, and all that crap. Who wants flowers when you're dead? Nobody.

No, it sounds great... Sky has a plotline, so we can get involved with that!

So, we can all join in... Maybe a student can get hurt, I don't know?

It's a wonderful idea! You can tie it in with my post string when I actually come to in a Lovely Evening... We can talk about it as soon as you want to.. biggrin.gif

I quite like the idea- but it would need to have proper plot relevance! As in, it would need to be more than just a random attack. PM me with any ideas.

The idea I have is that it ties in with my plot and gives a plausible reason for vampires to realize that an attack is possible. The thought goes as follows:

Seeing as I fainted on the roof, the other members of staff can take my somewhere safe (my classroom is just one floor down...hint...hint). When I come to, one of the vampires I saved in the recent past (i.e. just before I came to work at the academy turns up) However, she is inexperienced and does it in the open where other vampires watching the school but too scared to approach see her and see her entering but not getting killed. The word goes out that the school is 'unprotected' and the attack is mounted. We can wing it from here as this was where my thought was interrupted.

What do you think?

P.S. I’ll be the inexperienced Vampire.

Okay, that works. I figure we should create an area just outside the Academy (any ideas) in which the vamps can congregate.

Then we can easily have several vamps charge in (before being taken out) and wreak a bit of havoc.

I'm working on the cemetary and I think a sort of underground bar/club/whatever else you can think of would be nice as well. I think they would work well, anyone else have a comment/thought/idea?

I agree with Sky, the cemetry is a good idea. Maybe some kind of wood or wilds that looks onto the grounds... Something with concealing foliage that will mask any hopeful vamps.

Yup. I like the cemetery. We can even insert a dodgy demon bar or something. Any descriptions of places can be sent to me. Or, you can post them on the NEW Admin Board. Ah, gotta love it. We had one on MH too!

Whoa! This all sounds like real fun! Wouldn't mind it if the ENTIRE academy (students and staff) joined in. I like Sky's idea about it tying in with her plot. Never knew the idea would take off like this.

Love the idea of the woods as well. Many good places for vamps to hide (ie. ambush some students/teachers). smile.gif

hi, I know I'm new and all. but the woods sounds better, since vampires can't enter hallowed ground, like the graveyard, right?

We're going by Buffy Mythology, and that allows for watching vampires to entire graveyards- so long as they don't touch any crosses. Even then, it'd just burn.

Also, vamps have to be buried somewhere when they die. The cemetery is more to be used for practice for the Slayers. Vamps wouldn't hang out in it. wink.gif

Ah, give me a second, give me a second! I'm going to sign up a new vamp! I really want her to join this thread for other plot points! biggrin.gif

She'll be up soon, I promise...

That aside, I think we should start a new thread... Who are the two Professors going to be? Perhaps Evelyn and someone else?

These are the two Professors outside the Academy before the attack, right?

Sounds fun, care to join me Headmaster? (Unless anyone else wants to join...)
