Ari nearly let her guard down, as she suddenly found this other person a bit amusing. "Do you need an escort?" she replied to Biriyah's question rather dryly, raising an inquisitive eyebrow. The other person did not seem to be from around these parts; and clearly she needed some help. Not that I'm the one to give it, stupid, Poison barked agrestically. But somehow, through all her loud, protesting thoughts, Ari seemed oblivious to this one and ignored it almost completely. "Yes, you do." Ari's dark, tangled emerald eyes suddenly glinted subtly in the dark light.

Biriyah smiled outwardly, "Would you take me? If it's not asking too much of you." Inwardly she was getting uneasy. She was lost, with compleat strangers, and getting scared and uncomfortable. She had never had much self confidence, and now she wasn't sure what she was walking into. I know it can't be a trap, she thought. Trap? Why would someone want to trap me? Don't be reduculous Biriyah.

Despite outward demeanor, Ari was actually on edge as well as Biriyah, which was uncharacteristic of such a self-proclaimed independent shifter. "You, uh--" she cast yet another suspicious glance past the other shifter "don't have anyone else with you?"
