I've wanted to get a non-ear piercing for a long time now, but had to wait to turn 16 (new laws). I turned 16 a month and a half ago. Yesterday, I finally got the piercing. I'm trying really hard to keep it safe and clean (I've knocked it heaps though on everything from dogs to headphones to hair) so it doesn't reject. If it does, though, I'll just get another one. ;)

(Picture at 6 days) (Posted Image) And I got shorter jewelry in my nape today, while I was getting my eyebrow checked. (Nearly 2 months now!) (Posted Image) My piercer said she couldn't believe how well my nape healed up-- not at all red, no lumps. Looks like it's a surface piercing success :D

damn. sick. and nice! how long do those typically last?

(btw, with tongue rings, one must be careful when performing cunnilingus, as the repeated contact of the ring and the clitoris can result in a very significant decrease in clitoral sensation (especially if the stud used is a spike). this is obviously not good. so be careful when eating out anyone. for their sake. and perhaps your future sake as well if you crave both sex from them and to stay with said partner for a long period of time (reason being is that if partner A can no longer feel sex, then partner A will no longer want to have sex with anyone). so please, respect the clitoris.)
