Dk3's Fake Css Shop, Fake Character Select Screen

I was inspired by the new character select screens confirmed for Brawl, so I decided to start from scratch and stray away from using the hexagons and go back to squares. I've made 30 sample squares so far, and I'll be glad to showcase them and any new ones here. ^_^

Also, if anyone has any serious ideas for who I should do next, please feel free to post them here, or if you have any suggestions at all. ^_^ I'll be working on these awhile. With the hexagons, I made over 700, but I'm not sure if I'll be going that high with these ones. Lastly, if anyone's gonna suggest characters, please don't suggest obscure or down-right dumb suggestions, not yet atleast. :P

I like most of them. I'm just wondering why some are of such...older design, such as Mario and Diddy Kong, when a Brawl Headshot was so possible for Peach. Yoshi and DK are also outdated, and Donkey Kong is fairly easy to do.

Alright, I don't have time for any others, but I'd like these. ^_^

Thought I'd make things less usual and not do nothing but Super Smash Bros. Brawl rendered images. Perhaps, I'll just make multiple squares for the more popular characters. I'll work on these later however, as there are characters that should be done first before characters like Mario and Donkey Kong get a second square.

Also, consider Paper Mario, King K. Rool, and Tom Nook finished, but I'm not too sure about making Dimentio so soon. ;) Perhaps, I'll make Dimentio some time between unique squares #50-60... Anyway, I'm also making Midna, Pokémon Trainer, Wolf, Falco, Bowser Jr., Geno, Zero Suit Samus, Marth, Isaac, and Captain Olimar. Other than those, my list of characters to do is pretty much empty. So, I really need more suggestions. :lol:

I think it might be a bit early for three more Legend of Zelda characters. I'd like to keep this list in as much balance as I can. So I did Midna now, and I'll do Vaati as the following LoZ character and Wolf Link later down the road. I'd also like to get a few more Retro characters in before doing Uniracer, which if I didn't like that game so much I'd list as an obscure character, or is it an object? :huh:

I have to admit, K. Rool and Midna look really slick...

I have been thinking about redoing these yet again, and if you new guys have been wondering if I have any experience doing this sort of thing then just take a look at this:

Fake Character Select Screen

This image is actually nearly as old as the site itself, having been put together sometime before the official Smash Dojo site was redone with its current format. So that explains characters like Ike, R.O.B. Fox, and even Bowser and Donkey Kong didn't have their Brawl appearances while characters like Mario, Pikachu, and Link did. It's also why there wasn't a Pokémon Trainer in the screenshot and Toon Link was known as W. W. Link (or Wind Waker Link).

I've been wanting to do away with the square format and continue with the hexagonal format, but after all of my original hexagons it's been kinda hard to start making them again. But maybe if enough support forms in this topic I might get the courage to continue work on them.
