So all of this is changing because of a California Comp that 1 or 2 people want to fo to? I was under the impression that the points series for "this year" decided on Nationals.

As far as Nationals goes ECC was technically not an SERCRC event so it should not be used toward the SERCRC series.
I am not in contention, so ou guys decide what 4x SERCRC Comps scores you want to use cause I don't really care who goes. I was mearly offering some sort of solution.
Rock City Rumble 3 on Feb 28 2008, Southern Fun Run 6 May 31 2008, and what
ever we come up with for the month of June are the only 3x 2008 SERCRC Events.
What do you guys want to do for #4?

I looked at the #'s, and I think Joey and Austin have locked down both bid no matter which combination of events we use or the results from the next event.

The way it is going to work is this:
1. Your club must have a total of 4 events completed by July 1st. (it doesn't have to be the end of your series, just 4 completed events.)
2. 2 of those events must have been completed PRIOR to June 1st.
3. On July 1st you send me your #1 and #2 ranked drivers names (RCC Screennames) for each class. Those 2 people, and only those 2 people will receive the invite. Now what I need from all the clubs on the list that I will post is 1 single pm from the person listed as your contact saying if your club plans on following through with this qualification process or not.

Edit: As I hear from clubs I will highlight them, green means they are in, red means they are out. Standard grey text means I have not heard anything. If you are a competitor and don't see a response from your club make sure the person in charge is aware of this. |

Last I heard there was going to be 100 drivers this year.
I would start hitting up Axial, HPI, Castle, etc, etc, for their possible sponser slots

I think its best for the club that we take Joey up on this suggestion

Also does anyone know a good loan shark? In the month of June there is three comps i have to attend and 2 of them are 4hours plus.With the price of gas and of course parts i need a loan.

I am not 100% sure cause he hasn't posted anything stating that this year. Its something we all ASSUME he will do. If I were you I would PM Jason, and that way no one else can be blamed if something gets mis-communicated. thumbsup.gif
Tell him you are currently in 1st but its really close, and you may have to work on the date of the next comp. Depending on who finishes where you could get bumped down to 3rd or 4th position.
