On behalf of myself and the rest of the staff, I'd like to welcome you to the Rosa Mystica Forums. As good as a staff team may be, we'd be nothing without you, this community would be nothing without you, the loyal members. But, as with any community, there are laws that must be obeyed to preserve the peace. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the rules listed below, so that we may avoid any confusion down the road.
Spam is not allowedSpam includes, but is not limited to; double posting, posts that are irrelevant to the topic at hand, threads which have no topic or serve no purpose, and advertising. While the staff may be somewhat relaxed in enforcing this rule, repeated abuse will lead to stricter enforcement.
No Flaming or InsultsYou may not, under any circumstances, flame, insult, or otherwise behave rudely towards another member. Debate and disagreement are fine, but keep the discussion mature and civil. If someone else insults you, do not insult back; report the issue to a staff member and it will be taken care of.
No Adult or Obscene ImagesImages containing nudity or sexual content, racist or hateful messages, or otherwise obscene or vulgar content are not allowed. This rule pertains to all board functions; including posts, signatures, and profiles.
No Harmful LinksLinks containing viruses, spyware/adware, sexual content, racist or hateful messages, gore/shock sites, or spambot-style advertising are not allowed. This pertains to all board functions; including posts, signatures, and profiles.
Avatars and SignaturesYour signature may be no more than 600x400 pixels total. If you do not know how large that is, this image is exactly 600x400:

While you likely won't get warned for having a 601x401 sig, do not stretch it by too much.
The combined filesize for images in your avatar and signature may not exceed 500KB.
Also, you may have up to two advertising links in your signature. These links must be to 'safe' sites; meaning no adult content, viruses or spyware, disturbing/graphic images, racist or obscene themes, or spambot-style advertising.
User AccountsYou may have no more than one account. However, you can have the user name of your account changed. Simply PM an admin, and they will change it for you. If a friend or family member registers using the same computer as you, be sure that is stated in their introduction. Otherwise, they may be mistaken for a second account.
PM SystemAll forum rules apply to the PM system as well as posting. Remember, the ability to send and receive PMs is a privilege. If you abuse it, you will lose that privilege.
EmailsAll messages sent via the forum's email form must follow all board rules. Remember that the admins can read any emails you send via this form. If you are found to be violating any rules, especially by spamming the same message to multiple members, you may have some of your forum privileges revoked.
Forum RulesSome forums also have their own set of rules, which apply in addition to the main board rules. Please read these rules before posting in said forums.
Rozen Maiden Images Rules The StaffThe staff reserve the full right to enforce these rules by any means they deem necessary. All decisions made by staff members are final unless overruled by a higher ranking staff member. The staff reserves the right to take action in any situation where behavior is deemed to be harmful to this message board, whether the rules have been specifically violated or not. These rules may be changed at any time with or without warning.
If you have a problem with one of the staff members, do not post a topic about it. First PM the staff member in question. If the issue still cannot be resolved, PM Stormin Norman to settle the dispute.
