The Rules
The Basics:1. Everything is PG-13 or lower. Kissing yes, nudity no. Need I say more? Hopefully not. I trust you to know when to draw the line.
2. No debating about sensitive topics such as religion, politics, etc. It's to avoid conflict, so be understanding about that please.
3. No spamming, hate crimes, etc. It's simple. And yet it astounds me that they are constantly broken. Use your common sense.
Registration Issues:1. Please register with a first and last name. It can be unique and unheard of, but DO NOT make it like Kitty_Cat25
2. Don’t use any name from any of the books! That includes making yourself the offspring of Martin and Rose, or the long lost daughter of Mattias. On that note, make sure you have no relation to those characters at all.
Role-playing: 1. No one-liners, sorry folks. Two-sentences is the generally accepted quota.
2. While we're on that topic, I would suggest you use english prose. For example, "The abbesss walked into the great hall and sat down" instead of *the abbess sits down*, write in past tense and third person, etc.
3. You cannot control another person’s actions unless you have their permission. If you dictate their actions, it would be called god-modding and you will be warned verbally. Does that sound pleasant at all? No.
Miscellaneous: 1. You may only advertise your board in the forum for advertisements. There's one of the guests and another for members And for the fun of it, you need 10 posts before you can advertise in there. It's just to make sure you don't come here only to advertise.
2. Any image larger than 600 x 200 will automatically be cut off. But when you think about it, that is large enough as it is. Anything larger and it would strech out the board and make it look horrid.
3. At the moment, Redwall Reality is set in non-elastic time. Because of this, your character can only be in one topic until he/she decides to leave and venture elsewhere. Sorry, but it's for the greater good.
These rules are simple and common, but as time goes on, things can change. The only thing I can guarantee is that the basics will always stay the same.
