Supervision is Needed, Noob Training Room

My account is 8 days old today, and yet I have spent most of the time trying to log on and find a time where more inconsiderate player hasn't left 5 or so horses tamed in the pens with the mobiles. This should not be allowed, but there is NEVER any staff on to tell. There are 6 people listed on staff and no one can ever be online to accept pages??? Why are the people still on staff if they are never online to oversee the shard?!?!?

The players that are NOT supposed to be in here since they are over level 6 consistently ARE. They have a way in , and use it frequently. Then they sit here in the room and hop between all the pens killing the mobiles in one to two hits. One guy was even bragging the he had been told he would be banned for being in there, yet felt that it was fine to do, since "staff ain't on."

This whole scenario is making me not interested in attempting to play this shard, my husband is tired of it as well and doesn't log on much. The newbie ticket stone doesn't work , and the stat gains are terrible... are things going to be changed? Or do I just delete my account.

Unfortunatley i think your going to find that no body reads the posts you put up, or responds to them. The ONLY time i saw a staff member was the first day i played. Depending on what type of shard you like, i have heard that Age of Avatars is good, so you may wish to try that, but as a warning, the 3rd patch is Huge.
