We've got a leveling system that gives +10 to your Statcap and +250 (25.0) to your SkillsCap

When creating a new player you'll start out with 500 Statcap and 7000 (700.0) SkillsCap. You're first level will be at 200 Exp Points and you'll automatically be notified of your new level and increased caps.
