Welcome. Below are the rules of this board and they apply to all forums. Moderators may have their own rules in their forums that may include these and you are to obey them. But you are to obey these rules at all times, no matter what. Defying these rules will give you warnings that can lead to forum bans or board bans that may be temporary or permanent.

NEW!: Never bulk PM or email anybody on other sites such as Neoseeker asking them to join. Only do this if they are friends and you know them.

1. Spamming – Users cannot spam on this board in any circumstance. Advertisements and other bothers are not tolerated at the Raino Board.

2. Flaming – Insulting other members, mods, or admin is strictly prohibited. You must treat everyone equally and with respect. Member caught flaming others will be banned from the board.

3. Double Posting – Users are not allowed to double post or make duplicate threads unless a certain forum if stated says you can double post.

4. Manner And Language – Users must have proper manners on the board and use proper language. Vulgar language and poor manners are not allowed anywhere on the boards.

5. Vulgar Images – Images that are vulgar or pornographic are strictly prohibited from the board’s forums, signatures and avatars. Using such material will get you banned board wide and will get you in deeper trouble. Users on this board all of all ages and therefore any pictures that are illegal or profound will be deleted and reported, plus your account will be deleted.

6. Advertising – Advertising as mentioned before is prohibited on this board. Any advertisements will be deleted and get you banned for a period of time. There are some exceptions to advertising. Advertising forums in signatures is allowed.

8. Futile Posting – Posting junk in forums is prohibited and a waste of time. Moderators will delete posts or thread like this and will ban you from that particular forum for a period of time.

9. Stay On Topic – Do not go off topic. Threads that go off topic will be deleted and you will be warned or possibly banned for a period of time

10. Breaking In Other Accounts – Breaking into other people’s accounts is strictly prohibited. This is very serious and all of your accounts will be permanently banned and you will not be able to register again.

11. Using Other Accounts To Get By A Ban – This is prohibited and a waste of time as we know when you log in to any account. This will get you and all of your accounts banned from the board permanently.

12. Memberating – Memberating is when a member acts as a moderator, super moderator, or administrator. This means telling other members what to do and telling people they will be banned, etc... This will not be tolerated on the Raino Board and you will be issued a nice ban.

13. Posing As A Moderator - Posing as a moderator, super moderator, or adminstator is strictly prohibited. This means putting text in signatures and avatars that contain word such as mod, moderator, staff, admin, etc...

14. Bulk Messaging - Bulk messaging is PMing the same messages to members to advertise, spam, etc... This will not be tolerated and should be reported to admin as soon as possible.

15. PM Abuse - PM or private message, is for friendly discussions between members. Abusing this is strictly prohibited. That means advertising, illegal discussions, spam, flames, and any other messages that conflict with PM rules are strictly prohibited and this will result in bannage from the board.

16. Signature Images - Signature banners may only be a limit of 500 X 125. This is mandatory here at the Raino Board and ingorance to this rule will get your banner taken down. Further ignorance to this rule will get you banned from the site for a period of time.

17. Rascism - This is one thing everybody knows about and it is not tolerated at all. Anybody acting or implying anything to do with rascism will be banned or possible permanently, account deletion, and total bannage from your computer to access this site.


Private Messaging Rules:

All forum rules apply to the PM system. Spam, flaming, advertising, etc... should be reported to administration. If you are found guilty of misusing the PM system, your account will be suspended for a period of time or permanently depending on the offence. Bulk PMing is also prohibited. Sending the same message to everyone on the board like advertisements is against the rules and you will lose posting priviledges.
