Administrator Group: Admin Posts: 84 Member No.: 1 Joined: 4-July 06	I thought I should just make a statement to clarify this... Project ACES 3D is in NO WAY affiliated with Namco Bandai games. It is a completely non-profit organization designed to recreate and expand on Namcos Ace Combat Series for the Sony Playstation. All game names are Property of Namco Bandai games, Aircraft Designations are property of thier respective owners used by Namco Bandai games with permission. I would like all members that produce material for this site (especially publicly available videos) to note this (you don't have to quote it word for word (considering my sucky legalistic lingo I wouldn't recommend it), but be sure to get the point across that we are not affiliated with Namco Bandai games even if it means simply saying in any material you produce: "Project ACES 3D is NOT affiliated with Namco Bandai games" Any members that have already made videos for this site, please edit them to include this disclaimer! Thank you. --------------------
