DB administered the first ban, which was why I addressed him. He's also the guy who banned me on Freya.

The judge(s) would be non-biased, of an odd number in multitude, and agreed upon by both parties.

I have the faintest hunch that if you were a judge, you'd rule against me regardless of quality.

I have absolutely no plans to bring down the site through admin access. That would be foolish and childish. My plans if forced into that position would be to commandeer an administrator account and use it to clear my bans and remove the privileges of those instating those bans until a compromise has been settled upon. Of course this is a last resort. It's far too much trouble to pull out without sufficient reason.

I'd have to go install software I threw out ages ago and sit on it until the job is done. Too much time wasted for no guarantee I won't be thrown out the door again. There's a reason that's my last resort plan, apart from civility.
