Happy Birthday SpriteScaper! You are now 18! The "legal age" for a few things! So...WISH HIM HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Happy belated birthday to you Sprite, you are old enough for a couple of things that you were not able to do. I got home pretty late last night after my brain got blown away by the disasterously horrible dance that I had to attend. Oh well, I hope you did okay last night I heard that you are getting yourself drunk to the point of unable to wake up in the morning. x.x But anyways.... I hope you will be fine this morning... and wake up to see snow and a world of white. Hey, what do you know, someone said "Do you want to be my date at prom?" I said yeah, ok
So yeah, good for me, good for you... Everything's gonna be fine... take it easy aight pal
Spritescaper - February 18, 2006 05:52 AM (GMT)
Thanks guys! And here I thought you guys wouldn't care about my B-day. :D
No, I didn't go out and get wasted like I planned. Since it's my last birthday before I move out for college, I decided to spend it with family. (I'm nice like that) Of course, it just wouldn't be an 18th birthday without alcohol and partying, so I plan to fully compensate for it tonight.
Want to hear something funny? My parents gave me an electric razor as a present... it's supposed to be symbolic or something, lol.

Ha ha. Thats funny.
I'll try and send you in a guest comic for your b-day.
Oh, and that affiliate banner and such. I've gotten so caught up in my comics and HTML work that I spazzed on affiliates entirely XD
Biospark - February 18, 2006 10:20 AM (GMT)

Hopelessly Devoted Webcartoonist - February 18, 2006 09:55 PM (GMT)
Ha. Like that every stopped him, I bet. XD
Sweet new comic, btw Daniel.
Drshnaps - February 19, 2006 01:10 AM (GMT)
Where do you live that you can drink at 18?
Spritescaper - February 19, 2006 01:44 AM (GMT)
The legal drinking age here in China is 18, though it really doesn't matter anyway. The law isn't enforced, so any underage teenager could easily walk into a bar and get loaded on booze.
I'm not one to drink excessively, but I have friends who do. All of them are below 18 years old.
blizzaro333 - February 19, 2006 02:12 AM (GMT)
You live in china? Cool! I always wondered what China was like what is it liked?
the guy on the left - February 20, 2006 05:24 PM (GMT)
sorry, im late man, but happy b-day, even if it was a while ago...
Drshnaps - February 21, 2006 11:02 AM (GMT)
CHINA?!? Are you native or did you move there? Because if you're native, then you're English is amazingly good. Even better then most people here in the states ...
Spritescaper - February 22, 2006 01:31 PM (GMT)
Yeah, China. Bet you didn't know that. ~.^
I moved here from the US 2 years ago. I'm actually originally from Korea, and I didn't speak a word of english until I was close to 10 years old (around the time I first moved to the US). Over the years, I've come to speak it much better than my native tongue.
Yeah, I know what you're thinking. How can someone be so unbelievably awesome at writing a full-fledged webcomic when english is not even his first language? Well... I'm just cool like that. :P
ILOVESIMPSONS - February 25, 2006 12:37 PM (GMT)
YOUR FROM CHINA :o that is so cool i never knew
Spritescaper - February 25, 2006 12:55 PM (GMT)
I'm not from China... I just happen to live in China. Don't get confused. XD
James - February 26, 2006 10:49 AM (GMT)
Living in China cuts down a lot of expenses, since everything here is one eighth the price and not to forget all those pirated goods that are on sale here all over the place (like literally everywhere, you can get CDs and Games for as low as a dollar) In addition, you can also find things that are rather different than the united states of america, it is true that things and buildings are newer and more slick but since the citys here are quite filthy, they usually get dirty pretty fast. Oh yeah, just to mention to you guys, the city me and sprite lives in (it just so happens to be one of the smallest cities in shanghai population wise) has population 15 million. 15 million! Compare that to Chong Qing, another city in China, about a three hour's flight from Shanghai with an eye-buggling population of 45 million people in a city about the size of New York. (I heard the population of that city is going to reach 60 million in just a couple of years) shocking isn't it?
blizzaro333 - February 26, 2006 01:51 PM (GMT)
Happy birthday spritey i would have gotten you a present but i didn't know your address and my dog ate it :P
robertllynch - February 26, 2006 05:44 PM (GMT)
Just write "Give this to the crazy American" in big red letters on the top of the box and it'll eventually get to him. :D
