Title: Pixel Will Be Gaining More Hits

sokoto - October 27, 2005 02:28 AM (GMT)
Well I have Decided I am going to submit some of our top tutorials to pixel2life.com etc so we can earn more hits :).I just wanted to let everyone know especially kindred.

It'd be nice if you asked for permission before submitting things.

sokoto - October 28, 2005 03:55 AM (GMT)
Yes Definetely :).I have not worried about this yet since I have not started submitting them :).

Kindred - October 28, 2005 04:49 AM (GMT)
That's good. I've had a terrible time with people using stuff of mine without permission in the past several times.

I've contemplated watermarking nearly every image I put on the internet. -__-;

umm....how does watermarking work? I add a frame that doesnt display(set to 0.00 sec) that has "made by jeff G on .../.../..." etc. could you share watermarking with me? (oops...this is off topic lol) and cool...we need more members.

hey Kindred, do you use some
kind of software for Watermarking?

Opacus - October 30, 2005 07:18 PM (GMT)
I have some tutorials too,
I will post them later.
And will give a link to this
forum on it.

Be free to use them when
I post them.

I dotn know about you all... but I use corel photopaint for stuff other than pixeling... and it has a thing where you can go and register a watermark thing... then you can embed a watermark onto ur picture... I dont really understand how watermarks work... but that's how I would do it I guess.

Or do visual watermarking where you just put ur name or somthing on it that doesnt distract from the picture.... but is kind of hard to remove!

Kindred - October 31, 2005 07:23 AM (GMT)
I don't actually watermark any of my work. Although sometimes I practice different ways to watermark it. Both digitally and visually.

Well I know my version would be easy to remove with any software that can view frames x_x...

Just because a topic is dead doesn't mean you can't revive it!

halfDemon - August 19, 2006 04:37 AM (GMT)
No! Necropost! There is no point in reviving this topic.

Firepaw - August 19, 2006 05:04 AM (GMT)
Necroing posts isn't always bad
