causing trouble

[Jade Raven]

Jade walked onto the dock and smelled the ocean air. She sighed and saw a huge crate to her right. Instantly she propped it open, took out two rum bottles and kicked the box into the ocean. She smiled as some fishermen ran to retrieve it but failed miserable. She handed a rum bottle to Peter. "Just for something to drink." She smiled and opened her own and took a drink. Then she began to walk.

[Peter Silverthorn]

"Thanks," Peter said, putting the bottle into a pocket in his coat and walking with Jade. "Now... where do you think we should go first?"

[Jade Raven]

Jade looked at the sky and squinted. "Uhhh..." she said turning back to look at Peter. "Well we could keep walking and just cause trouble here...watch this." She smiled and walked up to the man who kept record of the people who tied up their ships. "Hello there."


[I]"Hello there young lady, do you have a shilling for you're boat?" He looked her up and down and frowned at her clothes. "A pirate I see..." he said gravely. "What do you want?" [I]


Angel pretended to be insulted and put her hands on her hips. "Excuse me! I am NOT a pirate..I am merely a young girl...in..fact." she slowly said thinking her words through. "I am the governor's daughter...these are my cleaning clothes and this is my future....husband.." she pointed at Peter and gestured him over. "This is Peter, my fiance....." she said uneasily beginning to smile. "And we demand to tie this boat up for free or I shall have you arrested...Oh and that crate of rum. Give it to me." She looked up at Peter and tried not to laugh and then gave the man a stern look.

'Her fiance?' Peter thought to himself and laughed inside for a second. He decided to just wave as he watched the man tie up the boat. "That was pretty slick," Peter whispered into Jade's ear, "But you're almost as old as the governor himself, you know."

[Jade Raven]

"Yes i know." she said with a grin. "But it worked didnt it?" she laughed and sat on her new crate full of rum.

[Peter Silverthorn]

"Yeah," Peter said. "Either the man never saw the governor, or is a complete idiot."

[Jade Raven]

Jade looked up at him and gave him half the crate of rum. "Here you go, that'll last you awhile..." she laughed. "Well, i ought to be going now....I'll see you around." She took the crate and began to walk back to their ship.

"All right," Peter said. "I'll see you later then." Peter said, sitting down and opening a bottle of rum.
