Ethan smiled at her again. "Well...I have been trying my hardest to be with you since the moment i saw you and yet you have just kissed me and has yet to tell me what for." He laughed alittle and looked back at her.

Amalia narrowed her eyes slightly and gave a sort of half smile. "It was for your chivalry, and your kindness, and...well, just because." She laughed, not knowing really what to say to explain herself. She was definately interested in this man, and the kiss was to show him that she cared, and she had not meant to upset him by her previous comments...

Ethan laughed and gave her a pretty smile. "Yes, alright." He said trying not to sound too flattered. He took a sip of his rum and leaned back in his chair.

Amalia sat back in her chair and looked down at her hands, not really knowing what to say. She was not a person who was used to this sort of thing, and did not know what to say or what to ask.

Amalia smiled. "My, aren't you an indecisive fellow." She thought for a moment, then saw their waiter return. "Well, I'm quite hungry. Lets eat first, shall we?"

Ethan smiled shyly. "Yes of course." He looked over the menu and as the waiter approached asked Amalia what she would like so he could order. After she told him, he ordered them both their meals and handed the menus to the waiter. He leaned back and smiled at her.

Ethan took a chug of his rum and set it down gingerly on the table. He put his hands together in his lap and looked around the room thinking about what to talk about.
