Yes I know its still autumn, but this is something we could all do during the Xmas break!
Theme: Winter Possible Formats: Landscape, macro, portraiture, abstract, architectural, anything! Inspirations: Weather, Xmas, nature, whatever you personally associate with winter Judging Criteria: Originality, composition, photo quality....etc Judges: We need to find someone outside of photosoc, so we can all enter! Prize: Photo display in union? High quality print? Label? Something else? Deadline: First meeting back after Xmas Other: Must be a new photo taken for the contest, umm.....I'm sure I'll think of more later.. What do you think?  |

That's a great idea - not sure who would judge it though. Anybody got any ideas?

we could possibly open it up to a society vote?
either at a meeting or via a poll on here or something unless someone else knows of some photo judges suppose i could always recruit some from deviantart if we're desperate.. |
