I why did you find it necessary to declare war and not seek any kind of diplomatic channels first. I must be repaid for the settler and worker you took. If you declare war by accident due to qued movement, I can understand that, but you must return my people to me.

I am not threatening you in anyway, but the people of the Federated Commonwealth must be re-imburshed for the loss of their loved ones. They seek nothing more then to escape the cold ice and tundra of the north.

Please note that the worker return was entirely magnanimous and initiated by me, and not offered as capitulation to a imminent military threat. It would still be entirely within my right to keep your worker.

As for diplomatic negotiations, you don't seem to be offering anything besides a sob story. I agreed earlier to gift you a tech in exchange for information on your location, as I had no idea where you were. You refused and then I find you are aiming right for my future territory. I gave you my email address so that we could hold discussions in private, and you have not bothered to email me.

And finally, this new location is in the middle of cold ice and tundra. If you are looking for escape, look elsewhere.
