We need graphics, put plainly. I'd do it myself, but I have not got a lot of free time, what with college.

We need a complete overhaul. Make as many graphics you can think of, such as the banner above, New Post/Thread buttons and anything else you can see is missing/looks out-dated.

As an incentive, I am willing to make whoever does the best job a moderator of the forum. Not just a graphics moderator, but a GLOBAL mod.

Yup, design a site's graphics and help run it, too.
